皮带输送机稳定性研究

摘要 为了提高皮带输送机系统的稳定性,基于皮带输送机模型和模糊控制的自适应控制算法对其集总参数进行了分析和控制,评价了各参数对皮带输送机跑偏机理的影响,并控制压板辊的离心,减小皮带输送机的水平力和水平速度。结果表明,滚筒离心对皮带输送机的稳定性有很大影响,特别是在皮带输送机负载大、速度快的情况下;滚筒辊控制的模糊控制,横向力和水平速度是无关紧要的,而改变增加滚筒辊的离心角时,特别是在0°~6°,皮带输送机系统的稳定性得到明显改善。 In order to improve the stability of the belt conveyor system,the adaptive control algorithm based on the belt conveyor model and fuzzy control was used to analyze and control its set total parameters,evaluate the influence of each parameter on the runout mechanism of the belt conveyor,and control the centrifugation of the platen roller to reduce the horizontal force and horizontal speed of the belt conveyor.The results show that the roller centrifugation has a great influence on the stability of the belt conveyor,especially in the case of high belt conveyor load and high speed.In addition,the fuzzy control of roller roller control,horizontal force and horizontal speed are irrelevant,while the stability of the belt conveyor system is significantly improved when the centrifugal angle of the roller roller is changed to increase,especially in the range of 0°to 6°.
