摘要
为进一步提升对薄煤层和夹矸煤层开采的适应性和生产率,在研究开底槽截割滚筒结构的基础上,基于模型建立的假设和简化原则,建立开底槽截割滚筒动力学模型,并重点研究滚筒在侧向的振动特性。基于EDEM软件对螺旋升角、滚筒旋转速度和牵引速度不同参数组合对装煤性能的影响进行了仿真分析。
In order to further improve the adaptability and productivity of thin coal seam and gangue coal seam mining, based on the study of the structure of open bottom groove cutting drum, the dynamics model of open bottom groove cutting drum is established based on the assumptions and simplification principles of model establishment, and the vibration characteristics of the drum in the lateral direction are studied. Based on EDEM software, the effects of different combinations of spiral lift angle, drum rotation speed and traction speed on coal loading performance are simulated and analyzed.
