摘要
为掌握采煤机截割传动系统是否能够适应综采工作面相对复杂工况的能力,在对采煤机截割滚筒负载分析的基础上,对采煤机截割部传统系统在稳态和重载突变工况下截割电机和行星轮系的动态特性进行分析并对不同顺序调速方案下对应滚筒载荷的响应情况进行对比,为后续选用及提高采煤机截割传动系统的适应能力奠定基础。
In order to grasp whether the cut-off drive system of coal mining machine can adapt to the relatively complex working conditions of comprehensive mining face,the dynamic characteristics of the cut-off motor and planetary wheel system of the traditional system of coal mining machine cut-off department are analyzed under steady state and heavy load sudden change working conditions based on the analysis of the load of cut-off drum of coal mining machine;and then the response of the corresponding drum load under different sequential speed regulating schemes are compared,so as to lay the foundation for the subsequent selection and improvement of The dynamic characteristics of the cut-off motor and planetary wheel system under the sudden change of load are analyzed.
