摘要 针对目前采矿设备维修采用的传统维修方法容易造成过量或不足维护的问题,提出了一种结合计算机和信号分析技术在设备上安装各种传感器的方法,以实现在线监测、故障预警和远程发布。分析了矿井通风机的常见故障及其特点,根据故障信号的特点选择振动传感器及其安装点,根据设备运行条件和分析参数的精度选择信号采集卡,建立硬件和软件平台,完成系统功能模块和数据流的设计,结合labVIEW和数据库实现整个软件系统的模块化编程。该系统实现了基于条件的设备维护,从而在设备管理中实现信息化和自动化。 According to the traditional maintenance methods currently adopted for mining equipment maintenance,which is easy to cause maintenance shorting a method combining computer and signal analysis technology to install various sensors on the equipment is proposed to achieve online monitoring,fault warning and remote release.Common faults of mine ventilators and their characteristics are analyzed,vibration sensors and their installation points are selected according to the characteristics of fault signals,signal acquisition cards are selected according to the operating conditions of the equipment and the accuracy of the analyzed parameters,hardware and software platforms are established,the design of functional modules and data flow of the system is completed,and the modular programming of the whole software system is realized by combining labVIEW and database.The system realizes condition-based equipment maintenance,thus realizing informationization and automation in equipment management.
