摘要
山西某矿31103运输巷掘进期间会揭露多条断层,断层破碎带内围岩应力集中、裂隙发育,采用综掘机原有前探梁支护时,巷道在掘进期间面临较大的顶板冒落、煤壁片帮等风险,在一定程度上制约了巷道的掘进效率。基于此,对掘进巷道超前支护设备进行优化,对超前临时支护支架进行补强加固,在超前支护探梁上增加布置液压前翻板、护帮前探梁,提高掘进迎头临时支护范围。在31103运输巷现场应用后,巷道掘进期间未出现冒顶、片帮等伤人情况,掘进迎头临时支护安全保障能力得到有效提升。
During the excavation of 31103 transportation roadway,several faults will be exposed,and the stress concentration and fissure development of surrounding rocks in the fault fracture zone,when using the original front detection beam support of comprehensive excavator,the roadway faces greater risk of roof fall and coal wall flake during excavation,which restricts the excavation efficiency of the roadway to a certain extent.For this reason,the overhead support equipment of the roadway is optimized,the overhead temporary support bracket is reinforced,and the hydraulic front flap and the front probe beam are added to the overhead support probe beam to improve the temporary support range of the roadway head.After the application in 31103 transportation lane,there is no injury situation such as roofing and flaking during the roadway digging,and the safety guarantee ability of temporary support for roadway head has been effectively improved.
