摘要
通风系统是煤矿井下开采的重要辅助系统,直接决定了井下开采的安全性。传统的通风系统采用人工控制方法,难以实现对井下通风参数的实时控制,资源消耗量大,可靠性低。基于此,利用PLC智能监控技术,可以实现对井下通风参数的连续监测,对通风设备设施进行实时控制。经实践表明,将PLC智能监控系统嵌入煤矿井下通风系统中,可以极大地提高通风系统的安全性。
Ventilation system is an important auxiliary system for underground mining in coal mines,which directly determines the safety of underground mining.The traditional manual control method of ventilation system is difficult to realize real-time control of underground ventilation parameters,with high resource consumption and low reliability.Using PLC intelligent monitoring technology,continuous monitoring of underground ventilation parameters and real-time control of ventilation equipment and facilities can be realized.It is shown by practice that embedding PLC intelligent monitoring system into underground coal mine ventilation system can greatly improve the safety of ventilation system.
