摘要
为优化煤矿装车站给料系统性能,以王庄煤矿装车站原给料手动拉杆系统为研究对象,指出GLD2000/5.5/S型甲带给料机所存在的缺陷,并从甲带给料机吊挂钢丝网、甲带给料机与输送皮带控制系统、甲带给料机溜槽液压闸板控制等方面进行了改造。结果表明,煤矿装车站给料系统性能的优良及运行过程的安全稳定对于简化装车设备操作、降低运维难度、严控煤量波动、均衡给料速度以及提升煤矿生产效率及经济效益具有积极意义。
In order to optimize the performance of the coal mine loading station feeding system,the original feeding manual drawbar system of Wangzhuang coal mine loading station is taken as the object of study,the defects of the GLD2000/5.5/S belt feeder are pointed out,and the defects of the belt feeder are discussed in terms of the hanging wire mesh of the belt feeder,the belt feeder and the conveying belt feeder,belt feeder and conveyor control system,belt feeder chute hydraulic gate control and other aspects of the loading station feeding system technology transformation analysis and discussion.The results show that the excellent performance of coal mine loading station feeding system and the safety and stability of the operation process are of positive significance to simplify the operation of loading equipment,reduce the difficulty of operation and maintenance,strictly control the fluctuation of coal quantity,balance the feeding speed and improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of coal mines.
