摘要 针对涡轮壳类零件采用传统铸造加工方法存在的精度低、效率低、生产周期长、成本较高等问题,为满足高精度、高效率、低成本、柔性化高、节约能源等市场需求,提出在涡轮壳类零件铸造加工中应用无模铸造成形技术。阐述了无模铸造成形技术的原理和流程,探究了涡轮壳零件采用无模铸造技术的加工方法及技术优势,以促进我国大型复杂高质量铸件的制造和“绿色铸造”的转型与发展。 In order to meet the market demand of high precision,high efficiency,low cost,high flexibility and energy saving,the application of moldless casting and forming technology is proposed in the casting and processing of turbine shell parts,the principle and process of moldless casting and forming technology is explained,and the processing method and technical advantages of moldless casting technology for turbine shell parts are explored.The processing method and technical advantages of moldless casting technology are explored to promote the manufacturing of large complex high-quality castings and the transformation and development of"green casting"in China.
