摘要 针对某煤炭企业服役中的带式输送机能耗高、控制简单的情况,完成了智能调速控制系统设计。结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,降低了输送机的故障停机时间,节省了运行维护人员,减少了耗电量,提高了生产效率,为企业创造了更多的经济效益。 The design of intelligent speed control system was completed for the high energy consumption and simple control of the belt conveyor in service of a coal enterprise. The results show that the system operates stably and reliably, and after application, it reduces the downtime of conveyor failure, saves operation and maintenance personnel, reduces power consumption, improves production efficiency, and creates more economic benefits for the enterprise.
