摘要 针对某煤炭企业服役中的掘进机电控系统技术落后的现状,开展了掘进机监控系统设计,包括监控系统结构、硬件和软件设计。该监控系统运行稳定可靠,提高了掘进机的控制系统技术水平,实现了远程监控目的。经实际应用表明,掘进机有效工作时间提高了近12%,设备操作人员减少了2~3名,与此同时,设备故障排查时间节约了近8%,降低了煤炭生产成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。 In response to the current situation that the technology of the electric control system of the roadheader in service of a coal enterprise is backward,the design of the monitoring system of the roadheader was carried out,including the design work of the monitoring system structure,hardware and software.The monitoring system operates stably and reliably,improves the technology level of the control system of the roadheader,and realizes the purpose of remote monitoring.The practical application shows that the effective working time of the roadheader has increased by nearly 12%,and the number of equipment operators has been reduced by 2 to 3.At the same time,the time for equipment troubleshooting has been saved by nearly 8%,which has reduced the cost of coal production and created more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
