摘要
以山西某矿11306综采工作面通风为工程实例,对智能通风与监测系统的现场应用效果进行探讨。结果表明,智能通风与监测系统可实现采面通风参数实时监测、智能预测及风险预警,同时可依据综采工作面生产情况对采面通风量进行智能调节,不仅可满足采面通风需求,而且可在一定程度上降低通风系统能耗。
Taking the ventilation of 11306 general mining working face as an engineering example,the structure of intelligent ventilation and monitoring system is analyzed and the effect of field application is discussed.The results show that the intelligent ventilation and monitoring system can realize the real-time monitoring of surface ventilation parameters,intelligent prediction and risk warning,and at the same time,the intelligent adjustment of surface ventilation air volume according to the production situation of the comprehensive mining face,which can not only meet the demand of surface ventilation,but also reduce the energy consumption of ventilation system to a certain extent.
