摘要
为提高综采工作面采煤机截割头控制精度以及运行效率,设计了基于控制器伺服控制的采煤机截割系统方案。该方案以BeckHoff控制器为基础,将采煤机截割头X、Y、Z轴方向的运行速度和运行轨迹进行伺服控制,实现采煤机截割头精度控制,并利用模块化软件设计思路实现该截割头轨迹运行控制方案。
In order to improve the control accuracy and operation efficiency of the coal miner cutting head at the comprehensive mining face,a scheme of coal miner cutting system based on controller servo control is designed.The solution is based on BeckHoff controller,and the running speed and running trajectory of the X,Y and Z axes of the cutting head of the coal mining machine are servo controlled to realize the accuracy control of the cutting head of the coal mining machine,and the modular software design idea is used to realize this cutting head trajectory running control solution.
