摘要
针对变压器绕组电磁力导致机械振动的情况,对等效力学模型进行原理说明,设计一套振动数据采集系统。该系统采用振动、温度、电流和电压信号采集传感器,经过数据调理模块,采用PC104+总线数据采集卡和PCM2251型CPU完成系统硬件搭建,并分析了系统软件模块与核心数据程序。经实际应用表明,基于振动分析法的故障振动数据采集系统能够有效实现变压器振动的实时精准监测。
For the case of mechanical vibration caused by electromagnetic force of transformer winding,the principle of equivalent mechanical model is explained and a vibration data acquisition system is designed.The system uses vibration,temperature,current and voltage signal acquisition sensors,after data conditioning module,PC104+bus data acquisition card and PCM2251 type CPU to complete the system hardware construction,and analyzes the system software module and core data program.The practical application shows that the fault vibration data acquisition system based on vibration analysis method can effectively realize the real-time accurate monitoring of transformer vibration.
