摘要
选煤厂浮选系统普遍存在加药量控制难度高、运行效率低等问题,在对山西某选煤厂浮选工艺进行分析的基础上,基于传感器监测技术、PLC等设计一种选煤厂浮选自动化控制系统,并具体给出该控制系统结构、硬件以及软件结构。经现场应用后,选煤厂浮选自动化控制系统可在一定程度上优化浮选控制,提高浮选作业效率并降低作业人员劳动强度,同时预计年可节省浮选环节药剂使用费用约211万元,取得较好应用成果。
The flotation system of coal preparation plant generally has problems such as high difficulty in dosing control and low operation efficiency.Based on the analysis of flotation process of a coal preparation plant in Shanxi,an automatic control system of coal preparation plant flotation is designed based on sensor monitoring technology and PLC.The control system structure,hardware and software structure are also given.After the field application,the flotation control system can optimize the flotation control,improve the flotation operation efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators to a certain extent,and it is expected to save about 2.11 million yuan in the annual cost of flotation chemicals,which is a good application result.
