无轨胶轮车调度系统设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统的无轨胶轮车监控系统技术落后,已无法满足实际生产需求的问题,设计了无轨胶轮车调度系统。通过对无轨胶轮车调度系统整体结构设计、井上主站功能与结构设计、井下分站功能与结构设计,以及主要设备的设计选型,完成了无轨胶轮车调度系统的设计研究。通过系统实测后发现,无轨胶轮车运输效率提升50%,使用一年内未发生相关安全事故,符合无轨胶轮车调度系统的设计要求。 The trackless rubber wheelbarrow dispatching system is designed for the problem that the traditional trackless rubber wheelbarrow monitoring system is backward in technology and can no longer meet the actual production demand.Through the design of the overall structure of the trackless rubber wheeled vehicle dispatching system,the design of the function and structure of the main station above the well,the design of the function and structure of the substation below the well and the design and selection of the main equipment,the design study of the trackless rubber wheeled vehicle dispatching system was completed.It was found that the transportation efficiency of the trackless rubber wheeled vehicle was improved by 50%through the actual measurement of the system,and no relevant safety accident occurred within one year,which meets the design requirements of the trackless rubber wheeled vehicle dispatching system.
