摘要
为了解决带式输送机工作中极不稳定的问题,设计了带式输送机液压张紧自动控制系统,并进行了仿真研究发现,该液压系统的单位阶跃响应初始时间为0.66 s,经过8.52 s时,系统能够稳定输出张力1.36 kN,系统达到稳定。该研究为矿井带式输送机的优化提供了一定的参考。
In order to solve the problem of extremely unstable belt conveyor operation,a belt conveyor hydraulic tensioning automatic control system was designed,and a simulation study was conducted to find that the initial time of the unit leap step response of this hydraulic system was 0.66 s.After 8.52 s,the system was able to stabilize the output tension of 1.36 kN and the system reached stability.This study provides some reference for the optimization of the mine belt conveyor.
