智能化采煤工作面采煤机自动监控系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 现阶段智能化采煤工作面采煤机往往通过记忆截割实现智能化控制,现场应用过程中呈现出故障率高、需频繁人工干预及自动化程度不高等问题。基于此,以采煤机记忆截割为基础,提出一种采煤机自动监控系统。该系统采用传感器、PLC等实现采煤机运行参数监测,并为后续采煤机记忆截割优化创造良好条件。对采煤机自动监控系统整体结构、硬件及软件结构等进行阐述并进行现场应用,结果表明,该监控系统可实现采煤机运行参数实时监测,并可提升采煤机记忆截割精准度。 At the present stage,intelligent coal mining machine is often intelligently controlled by memory cutting,which presents problems of high failure rate,frequent manual intervention and low degree of automation in the process of field application.In this regard,based on the coal mining machine memory cut,a coal mining machine automatic monitoring system is proposed,which uses sensors and PLC to monitor the operating parameters of the coal mining machine and create good conditions for the subsequent optimization of the coal mining machine memory cut.The overall structure,hardware and software structure of the automatic coal mining machine monitoring system are elaborated and applied in the field.The results show that the monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring of coal mining machine operation parameters and improve the accuracy of coal mining machine memory cutting.
