摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面自动化、智能化生产水平,在对综采工作面设备构成研究的基础上,设计了“三机”联动控制工艺;基于PLC控制器和液压支架控制器等完成“三机”联动控制系统,包括地面管理层、巷道监控层和设备层,并完成各类传感器的选型。对所设计系统的“三机”联动控制功能进行验证,取得理想结果。
In order to further improve the automation and intelligent production level of the heaving working face,based on the research of the equipment composition of the heaving working face,the"three machines"linkage control process is designed;the"three machines"linkage control system is completed based on PLC controller and hydraulic support controller.Finally,the"three machines"linkage control function of the designed system is verified and the desired results are obtained.
