摘要 针对某煤炭企业服役中的掘进机控制系统存在的误动作、过热过烧等问题,开展了掘进机控制系统升级改造设计,完成了控制系统方案设计、硬件和软件设计等工作,实现了井下掘进机的远程监控功能。结果表明,改进系统的应用,提高了控制系统运行的可靠性,减少了掘进机的故障排查时间,节省了掘进机运行维护成本,提高了煤炭企业的生产效率,为掘进机控制系统的改造升级工作提供了技术参考。 In view of the problems of the control system of the roadheader in service of a coal enterprise,the design of upgrading and renovation of the control system of the roadheader was carried out.The design of the control system scheme,hardware and software were completed,and the remote monitoring function of the underground roadheader was realized.The results show that the application of the improved system improves the reliability of the control system operation,reduces the troubleshooting time of the roadheader,saves the roadheader operation and maintenance costs,improves the production efficiency of coal enterprises,and provides a technical reference for the improvement and upgrading work of the roadheader control system.
