摘要
为解决现阶段矿井煤炭运输系统运行及安全监控存在的稳定性不足、故障位置及类型判定困难等问题,提出一种新的皮带输送机远程监控系统。该远程监控系统通过沿线布置的各类传感器实现故障、运行参数等监测,并通过机头、机尾位置下位机实现监测结果分析、运行控制,下位机将监测结果通过处理器模块传输给地面监控中心。现场应用表明,该远程监控系统运行可靠,可灵敏、精准判定皮带输送机故障类型及位置,并自动进行处理,可满足皮带输送机远程监控需要。
A new belt conveyor remote monitoring system is proposed to solve the problems of lack of stability and difficulty in determining the location and type of faults in the operation and safety monitoring of coal transportation system in mines at the present stage.The remote monitoring system realizes fault and operation parameters monitoring through various sensors arranged along the line,and realizes monitoring results analysis and operation control through the lower computer at the head and tail positions,which transmits the monitoring results to the ground monitoring center through the processor module.The field application shows that the remote monitoring system is reliable,can determine the type and location of belt conveyor fault sensitively and accurately,and handle it automatically,which can meet the needs of remote monitoring of belt conveyor.
