摘要 为了解决皮带机在运行中存在的运行稳定性差、故障率高的不足,提出了一种新的皮带机自动化监控系统,能够实现对皮带机运输过程中运行状态的实时监测和智能调整,有效降低了皮带机在运行过程中的故障率。根据实际应用表明,新的自动化监控系统,能够将皮带机运行故障率降低88.3%,保障了皮带机运行时的稳定性和经济性。 In order to solve the shortcomings of poor operational stability and high failure rate of the belt machine in operation,a new belt machine automatic monitoring system is proposed,which can realize real-time monitoring and intelligent adjustment of the operation status of the belt machine during transportation,and effectively reduce the failure rate of the belt machine in the operation process.According to the practical application,the new automatic monitoring system can reduce the failure rate of belt conveyor operation by 88.3%,which guarantees the stability and economy of belt conveyor operation.
