摘要
围绕采煤机永磁半直驱系统负载特性进行研究。以DSP控制器和变频器为核心完成负载特性模拟试验系统中的加载程序、电机监测程序以及显示程序的设计,基于所建立的模拟试验平台分别对正常工况、突变工况以及调速工况对应的负载特性进行研究,为采煤机优化设计及其性能的改善提供扎实的理论基础和依据,以期提升采煤机的生产效率和安全性。
The study focuses on the load characteristics of the permanent magnet semi-direct drive system of coal mining machine.Firstly,the load program,motor monitoring program and display program of the load characteristic simulation test system are designed with DSP controller and inverter as the core;then,the load characteristics of normal working condition,sudden change working condition and speed regulation working condition are studied based on the established simulation test platform,which provides a solid theoretical foundation and basis for the optimization design of coal mining machine and its performance improvement,and enhances the productivity and safety of coal mining machine.The study provides a solid theoretical basis for the optimal design of coal mining machine and its performance improvement,so as to enhance the productivity and safety of coal mining machine.
