莒山煤矿猴车抱索器脱绳问题原因分析与解决措施研究

Analysis of the Causes of the Problem of Rope Release from the Monkey Car Holding Device in Jushan Coal Mine and Solution

针对山西兰花集团莒山煤矿猴车抱索器易出现脱绳的问题,基于该矿猴车抱索器应用现状,分析了该矿猴车抱索器出现脱绳问题的原因,并针对这些原因提出一系列具体改进优化措施。经实际应用发现,改进后的猴车抱索器不再出现脱绳问题,改进效果理想,猴车运行更安全可靠,有助于进一步提高运输效益。

Based on the current situation of the application of the monkey car rope-holding device in Jushan coal mine of Shanxi Lanhua Group,we analyzed the causes of the monkey car rope-holding device in the mine,and proposed a series of specific improvement and optimization measures for these causes.The improvement effect is satisfactory,and the monkey car is more safe and reliable,which helps to further improve the transportation efficiency.
