煤矿掘进机液压传动故障及处理探讨 被引量:2

摘要 在对煤矿掘进机液压传动系统构成及作用原理进行概述的基础上,对其常见机械故障进行分析探讨,并针对性地提出处理措施。分析表明,煤矿掘进机液压传动机械故障具体包括液压系统压力、机构速度、噪声震动、油温过高等方面,在故障发生后采取应急性处理措施往往会导致煤矿正常生产过程中断,应加强机械系统在安装以及运行过程中的调试保障,确保掘进机不间断稳定运行。 Based on the overview of the composition and principle of the hydraulic transmission system of the coal mine boring machine,the common mechanical failures of the machine are analyzed and discussed,and the processing measures are proposed in a targeted manner.The analysis shows that the hydraulic transmission mechanical failure of coal mine boring machine specifically includes hydraulic system pressure,mechanism speed,noise and vibration,and high oil temperature,and taking acute treatment measures after the failure often leads to interruption of the normal production process in coal mines,and the debugging guarantee of the mechanical system in the installation and operation process should be strengthened to ensure the uninterrupted and stable operation of the boring machine.
