汾西矿业瓦斯抽放管放水器的研究

Study of Gas Pumping Pipe Drainer in Fenxi Mining

针对汾西集团煤矿的高瓦斯开采条件和瓦斯抽放管内积水问题,设备修造厂研制了一种负压自动放水器。该自动放水器可将瓦斯抽采管路积水由原来人工放水转变为全自动无电源机械式放水,可以既放煤渣又放水,并适用于长期工作,在井下安装操作既方便又省事。实践应用表明,其成功地解决了管路积水问题,为矿井高瓦斯条件下安全、有效的生产创造了条件,推广前景广阔。

Aiming at the high gas mining conditions and water accumulation in the gas extraction pipe of Fenxi Group Coal Mine,the equipment repair plant developed a negative pressure automatic water drainer.The automatic water discharger can change the water accumulation in the gas extraction pipeline from the original manual water discharge to fully automatic powerless mechanical water discharge,which can discharge cinder and water,and is suitable for long-term work,and is convenient and trouble-free to install and operate in the underground.The practical application shows that it successfully solves the problem of water accumulation in the pipeline and creates conditions for safe and effective production under high gas conditions in the mine,with a broad promotion prospect.
