新技术快速渗透到工业制造业领域,数字化转型成为制造企业发展的必经之路,制造企业数字化转型升级对企业人才的综合能力与实践技能提出了新要求。数字化人才培养应以企业实际需求为导向,研究以制造业数字化场景为核心内容进行数字化人才培养,从学科导向转变为行业需求导向,促进教育链、人才链与产业链的有机衔接。

With the rapid application of new technologies in industrial manufacturing, digital transformation has become an effective way for the development of manufacturing enterprises. The digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises have put forward new requirements for the comprehensive ability and practical skills of talents. The cultivation of digital talents should be changed to be guided by the enterprises’ requirement, study the digital talent cultivation with the digitalization use cases of manufacturing industry as the core content. The digital talent cultivation program should be changed from subject-oriented to industry-demand-oriented, so as to promote the cohesion of education chain, talent chain and industrial chain.
