摘要
针对目前烟草烘烤存在的问题,介绍了高温空气源热泵在烟草烘烤中的应用,通过创新优化设计,建立节能型热泵烤房系统,通过实物烘烤试验研究,分析热泵密集烤房烘烤节能及烤烟品质影响,为热泵密集烤房经济运行、应用推广提供基础资料,并提出应用综合节能技术的途径。研究表明,利用空气源热泵对烟叶烘烤具有可行性,实现节能减排、降低烟农工作强度。
This article introduces the application of high temperature air source heat pump in tobacco curing.Aiming at the current tobacco curing problems,through innovative and optimized design,an energy-saving heat pump curing barn system was established,and physical curing experiments were conducted to analyze units under different working conditions.The effects of flue-curing energy saving and flue-cured tobacco quality provide basic information for the economic operation and application promotion of heat pump intensive curing barns,and propose ways to apply comprehensive energy-saving technologies.Studies have shown that it is feasible to use air source heat pumps to roast tobacco leaves,which can save energy and reduce emissions,and reduce the work intensity of tobacco farmers.
