摘要
基于ZigBee无线网络和CAN总线网络对采煤机运行状态监测系统进行的设计,划分为井上和井下2大部分。利用传感器对采煤机的运行状态进行采集,机载计算机对采集数据进行汇总后,通过ZigBee网络以及CAN总线传输到地面的计算机中。对ZigBee无线模块和CAN总线模块中涉及的主要硬件设施及其软件程序进行了设计,对ZigBee无线网络进行现场测试发现,当输送距离控制在40 m以内时,可以有效保障无线传输的稳定性与可靠性。将设计的监测系统部署在采煤机中,发现各项功能都达到了预期效果,产生的安全效益和经济效益显著。
Based on the ZigBee wireless network and CAN bus network,the design of the shearer operation status monitoring system is divided into two parts,the uphole and the downhole.It mainly uses sensors to collect the operating status of the shearer.After the collected data is collected by the onboard PC,it is transmitted to the PC on the ground through the ZigBee network and the CAN bus.The main hardware facilities and software programs involved in the ZigBee wireless module and CAN bus module were designed and studied in detail.On-site testing of the ZigBee wireless network found that when the transmission distance is controlled within 40 m,the stability and reliability of wireless transmission can be effectively guaranteed.The designed monitoring system is deployed in the shearer,and it was found that all functions have achieved the expected results,and the safety and economic benefits produced are significant.
