功能化荧光粉末的制备及在含氰化物潜手印显现中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在犯罪现场中手印是常见的痕迹物证,利用新型的功能荧光粉末显现含有特殊物质的潜手印是当今刑事侦查的重要手段之一。本文成功制备了基于香豆素并吡啶类荧光染料,以硅胶粉为载体的功能性荧光粉末,其针对含有氰化物的潜手印具有特殊显现能力。研究结果表明,荧光粉末颗粒粒径约为1~4μm,具有较大的比表面积,并且该荧光粉末显现手印具有高灵敏度、较好的选择性、低背景干扰等优点。本文成功将2号荧光粉末应用于模拟氰化物中毒案件中,显现含氰化物的潜手印,可以在紫外光照射下,通过红、绿、蓝通道观察,准确显现含氰化物的潜手印,从而为刑事案件现场侦查提供方法。 Fingerprints are the most common trace evidence at a crime scene.It is one of the important means of criminal investigation to use the new functional fluorescent powder to develop the latent fingerprint containing special material.In this paper,we have successfully prepared the functional fluorescent powder based on coumarin and pyridine,which is supported by silica gel powder and has special ability to develop the latent fingerprints containing cyanide.The results show that the particle size of the fluorescent powder is about 1~4μm,and it has a large specific surface area.The fluorescent powder has the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity and low background interference when it is used to develop latent fingerprints;in this paper,the No.2 fluorescent powder has been successfully applied to the cyanide poisoning case to develop the latent fingerprints containing cyanide,which can be observed through red,green and blue channels under ultraviolet light,could achieve a high performance in development of latent fingerprints containing cyanide.This experiment provide a new method for on-the-spot investigation of criminal cases.
