PDA修饰的二氧化钛纳米晶葡萄糖生物传感器研究

摘要 在本工作中,以钛箔为基底,制备了具有暴露(001)和(101)晶面的单晶锐钛矿TiO_(2)薄膜,通过紫外光沉积得到了含有聚多巴胺(PDA)的晶面。(001)和(101)晶面所形成的面异质结提高了TiO_(2)纳米晶的光生电荷自分离能力;PDA的涂覆不仅拓宽了TiO_(2)/PDA电极材料的光吸收能力,还增加了对目标酶分子的吸附,促进了酶促反应的发生。通过进行葡萄糖测试,所构建的TiO_(2)/PDA/GOx生物传感器在0~3 mM的线性范围内灵敏度达到10.51μA·mM^(-1)cm^(-2),检测限较低(LOD)为0.046μM(S/N=3)。 In this work,single-crystal anatase TiO_(2) films with exposed(001)and(101)facets were prepared using titanium foil as the substrate,and the facets containing polydopamine(PDA)were obtained by UV photodeposition.The surface heterojunction formed between(001)and(101)facets enhanced the photogenerated charge self-separation ability of TiO_(2) nanocrystals film;the coating of PDA not only broadened the light absorption capacity of TiO_(2)/PDA electrode materials,but also increased the adsorption of target enzyme molecules and boosted the enzymatic reaction.By performing the glucose measurement,the constructed TiO_(2)/PDA/GOx biosensor achieved sensitivity reached 10.51μA·mM^(-1)cm^(-2) in the linear range of 0~3 mM,and a lower limit of detection(LOD)of 0.046μM(S/N=3).
