钢结构模块化建筑技术在城市应急管理项目中的应用

Application of Steel Structure Modular Building Technology in Urban Emergency Management Project

得益于相关政策支持,装配式建筑迎来了发展高潮,而模块化建筑是装配式建筑发展过程中的新模式。为应对现下全球新冠肺炎疫情暴发的严峻趋势,按照当地政府深圳某防疫隔离中心项目的快速建设需求,采用自有成熟的装配式钢结构模块化建筑设计与建造一体化技术,在该项目中取得了显著效果。遵照“平战结合”原则,提出了一种新型模块化集成建筑城市应急管理建筑方案,采用的模块化建造方式代表着建筑工业化、绿色施工和循环经济的发展方向,以及易于拆卸安装的连接体系,给城市应急管理提供了一种全新的建筑解决方案,进一步拓展了该技术在城市应急管理中的应用价值。

Thanks to the support of relevant policies,prefabricated buildings have ushered in a climax of development,and modular buildings are a new model in the development process of prefabricated buildings.In response to COVID-19's severe trend of global crown fever outbreak,according to the rapid construction needs of a local epidemic prevention and quarantine center in Shenzhen,adopted own mature modular steel structure modular building design and construction integration technology,which has achieved remarkable results in this project.In accordance with the principle of“manufacturing products for both peacetime and wartime use”,a new modular integrated building urban emergency management building scheme is proposed.The modular construction mode adopted represents the development direction of building industrialization,green construction and circular economy,as well as the connection system easy to disassemble and install,which provides a new architectural solution for urban emergency management.It further expands the application value of this technology in urban emergency management.
