摘要 在城市化建设过程中,时常遇到在低净空高压线或高架桥下吊装作业难题。结合工程实际情况,通过必选方案,制定了采取2台随车吊和1台汽车吊协同台吊的吊装方案,最终“零误差”完成人行天桥钢箱梁吊装,解决了吊装过程中遇到桥下净高受限、国内常规起重设备吊装能力不足、吊装作业时段受限等技术难题,保证了工程质量和施工安全,很大程度上节约施工成本,可以为今后类似工程施工提供经验参考。 In the period of urbanization,it is difficult to operating and completing some work under high-voltage lines or viaducts with low headroom.Based on the actual situation of engineering,Through the required scheme,formulates a hoisting plan which can be completed by two truck-mounted cranes and one truck crane.The hoisting of pedestrian bridge with steel box girder can be completed with little error.Some technical problems in the hoisting process are solved,such as the limitation of the clear height under the bridge,the insufficient hoisting capacity of the domestic conventional lifting equipment,and the limited hoisting operation time.Depending on the scheme,the construction quality and safety are guaranteed,and the cost is saved effectively.In addition,the research can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
