摘要
针对石材幕墙采用构件式安装方法施工效率低等施工难题,将梁柱造型石材分别优化成柱预制成U型(两侧面+正面)包柱以及L型(底面+正面)包梁单元式石材幕墙,并在工厂加工生产;按安装顺序运至现场,通过塔吊从地面分别转运至安装楼层,多个安装组利用卷扬机在多个安装面实现同步安装,满足绿色施工及快速安装要求。
Aiming at the construction problems of component installation method and low construction efficiency of stone curtain wall,the beam and column shaped stones are optimized into columns,prefabricated into U-shaped(two sides+front)wrapped columns and L-shaped(bottom+front)wrapped beam unit stone curtain wall,and processed and produced in the factory;It is transported to the site according to the installation sequence and transferred from the ground to the installation floor by tower crane.Multiple installation groups use winch to realize synchronous installation on multiple installation surfaces,meeting the requirements of green construction and rapid installation.
