摘要
针对一种高空作业平台曲臂机构进行了优化设计,采用遗传算法对曲臂机构的铰点进行了设计研究,使主臂油缸力降低27.7%,折臂油缸力下降23.56%,油缸力、曲臂作业高度和稳定性均满足设计要求,成功实现了机构的优化设计。
The optimized design of an aerial work platform crane-arm mechanism was carried out, and the hinge point of the crane-arm mechanism was designed using genetic algorithm, resulting in a 27.7% reduction of the main boom cylinder force and a 23.56% reduction of the folding boom cylinder force.
