摘要
为进一步提升煤矿生产中辅助运输装置的可靠性,以无极绳绞车为研究对象,根据无极绳绞车的实际工况针对制动装置提出总体设计要求,从机械结构层面对制动弹簧、离心限速器以及推杆装置完成相关设计和安装;从液压系统层面重点对液压原理图和液压缸、手动泵和换向阀进行选型设计,以期提高无极绳绞车在实际运行中的运输效率和稳定性。
In order to further improve the reliability of auxiliary transport devices in coal mine production, a series of studies are carried out on the induction rope winch as an example, according to the actual working conditions of the induction rope winch for the overall design requirements of the braking device, from the mechanical structure level of the brake spring, centrifugal speed limiter and push rod device to complete the relevant design and installation;from the hydraulic system level focusing on the hydraulic schematic diagram and hydraulic cylinder, manual pump and reversing valve From the hydraulic system level, the focus is on the hydraulic schematic diagram and hydraulic cylinders, manual pumps and reversing valves, in order to improve the transport efficiency and stability of the induction rope winch in actual operation.
