摘要 为了解决刮板输送机减速器运行过程中易发生故障的问题,利用数值模拟软件对减速器进行优化设计。对刮板输送机的减速箱故障失效形式进行分析,确定材料及工艺方法,并对输入轴正转及反转时应力应变云图进行分析,发现减速器箱体设计能够完全满足刮板输送机减速器箱体在运行过程中安全的要求。同时强度远小于许用强度,后对减速器进行尺寸优化,优化后减速器箱体最大等效应力值为156.31 MPa、最大变形量为1.104 2 mm,满足材料强度要求,设计方案可行。 In order to solve the problem that the scraper conveyor reducer is prone to solitary warfare during operation, numerical simulation software is used to optimize the design of the reducer. Firstly, the failure form of the scraper conveyor reducer box is analyzed to determine the material and process method, and then the stress-strain cloud diagram is analyzed when the input shaft is in forward rotation and when the input shaft is in reverse rotation, and it is found that the reducer box design can fully meet the scraper reducer box It was found that the reducer housing design could fully meet the requirements for safety during operation. At the same time, the strength is much less than the permissible strength, and then the size of the reducer is optimised, and the maximum equivalent force of the reducer box is 156.31 MPa after optimisation, while the maximum deformation of the box is 1.104 2 mm, which meets the material strength requirements and the design scheme is feasible.
