薄煤层综采工作面“三机”配套及装煤效果探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对薄煤层综采工作面所存在的煤层赋存条件差、采高低、开采效率差等问题,以H煤矿12512工作面为研究对象,进行了薄煤层工作面“三机”配套问题分析,并对影响“三机”配套装煤效果的主要因素进行探讨,明确配套参数的选取方法及装煤效果。结果表明,铲间距、刮板输送机槽帮高、液压支架推移油缸推移力等均对“三机”配套装煤效果存在较大影响,必须结合工作面实际进行以上重要参数取值优化,保证薄煤层工作面装煤效果。 Aiming at the problems of poor coal seam storage conditions, low mining height and poor mining efficiency of the thin coal seam comprehensive mining working face, the "three machines" matching problem of the thin coal seam working face was analyzed with the 12512 working face of H coal mine as the research object, and the main factors affecting the "three machines" matching effect of coal loading were discussed. The main factors affecting the effect of coal loading of "three machines" are discussed, and the selection method of supporting parameters and coal loading effect are clarified. The results show that the spacing of shovel, the height of scraper conveyor trough and the pushing force of hydraulic bracket pushing cylinder have a great influence on the coal loading effect of "three machines",and the above important parameters must be optimized in combination with the actual working face to ensure the coal loading effect of thin coal seam working face.
