摘要
对某型化工机械的控制阀与驱动系统进行了研究,精确建模是整个系统有价值的动态分析的基础。建立了液压机械系统的动力学模型,分析了液压机械系统的运行稳定性以及在运行过程中可能出现的故障模式。为了满足控制阀系统的性能标准,所提出的工作还强调了新驱动技术应满足的要求。该模型已通过对驱动系统进行的特定现场测试成功验证。
The control valve and drive system of a type of chemical machinery is studied, and accurate modeling is the basis for a valuable dynamic analysis of the whole system. The dynamics model of the hydraulic machinery system is established, and the operational stability of the hydraulic machinery system is analyzed as well as the possible failure modes during the operation. The presented work also highlights the requirements to be met by the new drive technology in order to meet the performance criteria of the control valve system. The model has been successfully validated by specific field tests performed on the drive system.
