摘要 根据某矿综采工作面采煤机截齿磨损影响工作面正常生产的现状进行磨损监测方法的研究分析,从监测信号的采集、监测信号的跟踪以及监测信号的结果计算三个方面对监测数据进行分析计算,并将所得结果与传统监测方法的误差报警率进行对比。通过实验对比得出新型监测方法的误差报警率控制在0.1%以内,明显优于传统监测方法,可以应用于实际的采煤机生产过程中,以保障采煤机的持续可靠运行,为煤矿综采工作面的高产高效发展提供保障。 According to the current situation that the wear of the cut-off teeth of coal mining machine in a mine's comprehensive mining working face affects the normal production of the working face,the wear monitoring method is studied and analyzed.The results are compared with those of the traditional monitoring method.The experimental comparison shows that the error alarm rate of the proposed new monitoring method is within 0.1%,which is significantly better than that of the traditional monitoring method,and can be applied to the actual coal mining machine production process to ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the coal mining machine and provide a guarantee for the high production and efficient development of the coal mining workings.
