摘要
在机械化开采中,煤矿通风系统直接影响煤矿巷道内一氧化碳等有害气体浓度,影响人员安危与设备运转,是煤矿安全生产的重要保障。山西省某煤矿为多煤层,分区开采,通风系统较为复杂,主通风机虽已达额定风量,但仍不能满足矿井后续生产需求。从通风设备、通风网络、通风阻力三个方面对通风系统进行优化与研究后,该矿井通风效果明显增强。
In mechanised mining, the coal mine ventilation system directly affects the concentration of carbon monoxide and other harmful gases in the coal mine tunnel, affecting the safety of personnel and the operation of equipment, and is an important guarantee for the safe production of coal mines. A coal mine in Shanxi Province is a multi-seam, zoned mine with a complex ventilation system. Although the main ventilation fan has reached the rated air volume, it still cannot meet the subsequent production needs of the mine. In this paper, the ventilation system is optimised and studied from three aspects: ventilation equipment, ventilation network and ventilation resistance, and the ventilation effect of the mine is significantly enhanced.
