摘要
为了解决支护不当造成的支护失稳及支护成本增高的问题,利用数值模拟软件对支护方案进行一定的优化,对原有支护方案下在回采巷进行模拟研究,确定巷道围岩应力分布及塑性区分布特征,基于模拟分析结果对顺槽支护进行优化,通过降低锚杆的间排距及锚杆布置等方式,给出了顺槽支护优化设计方案。通过数值模拟对优化后的支护方案进行研究发现,优化后顶板塑性区的块数有了一定的下降,顶板应力区有了一定的减弱,支护优化较为成功。
In order to solve the problems of instability and high cost of support caused by improper support, numerical simulation software is used to optimize the support scheme, and a simulation study is conducted to determine the stress distribution and plastic zone distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the original support scheme in the retrieval lane. The optimized design of the support is given by reducing the inter-row distance and anchor arrangement. The optimized support scheme was studied by numerical simulation, and it was found that the number of blocks in the plastic zone of the top slab had decreased, and the stress zone of the top slab had weakened to a certain extent after the optimization, and the support optimization was more successful.
