摘要
针对德盛煤矿通风线路的调整和通风设备的老化,将在现有场地进行主通风机的更换。目前德盛煤矿安装有2台FBCDZ№25型防爆轴流式通风机,已难以满足本矿实际的通风要求。为保证井下通风安全,经过计算与实地探查,决定研究在原工业场地上更换两台FBCDZ№27型对旋式轴流风机(一用一备),以保证矿井通风系统的安全、可靠、高效通风。
In response to the adjustment of the ventilation lines and the ageing of the ventilation equipment in Desheng coal mine, the replacement of the main ventilation fan will be carried out at the existing site. At present, there are two FBCDZ No.25 explosion-proof axial flow ventilators installed in Desheng coal mine, which can no longer meet the actual ventilation requirements of the mine. In order to ensure safe underground ventilation, after calculations and field investigations, it was decided to study the replacement of two FBCDZ No. 27 counter-rotating axial fans(one for use and one for backup) on the former industrial site. It improves the guarantee basis for safe, reliable and efficient ventilation of the mine ventilation system.
