采煤机截割部轴承故障诊断系统研究

Research on Fault Diagnosis System of Bearing in Coal Mining Machine Cut-off Section

为了解决由于截割部轴承损坏引起的设备故障,并减少由于轴承故障引起的部件磨损问题,以采煤机截割部轴承为研究对象,设计了采煤机截割部轴承故障诊断系统,同时对设计的故障诊断系统进行检测,发现设计的故障诊断系统能够满足预期要求,可为矿井设备高效安全运行提供一定的参考。

In order to solve the problem of equipment failure caused by bearing damage in the cut-off section,and to'reduce the wear and tear of the components caused by bearing failure.The designed fault diagnosis system is tested at the same time.This will provide some reference for the efficient and safe operation of mine equipment.
