摘要
针对深部软岩掘进支护随地应力加强难度较大的实际问题,以西曲矿28306工作面为工程背景,在研究矿井地质条件的基础上,设计中空注浆锚索联合支护解决了深部软岩掘进巷道缩帮.缩顶,蠕动变形难题,使巷道两帮和顶底板移近量明显减小,提高了巷道围岩的稳定性,节约了用于补强支护的成本,保证了矿井的安全开采。
Aiming at the practical problem that the support of deep soft rock excavation becomes more difficult with the strengthening of ground stress, taking 28306 working face of Xiqu Mine as the engineering background, and based on the study of mine geological conditions, the joint support of hollow grouting anchor rope is designed to solve the problem of shrinking help, shrinking roof and creeping deformation of deep soft rock excavation roadway, so that the displacement of both helpers and top and bottom plates of the roadway is significantly reduced, which improves the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway and saves The cost of reinforcement support is reduced and the safety of the mine is ensured.
