摘要 对山西大同某煤矿8633工作面刮板输送机智能控制系统的构成、关键技术、特点、故障诊断系统进行分析,并进行了实践应用及效果分析。结果表明:智能刮板输送机应用后能实现智能启动,实现煤量监测与智能调速,以及各电机功率动态协调等功效,故障诊断系统能有效降低设备的故障率、提高维修效率,应用效果理想,经济社会效益显著。 The composition, key technology, characteristics and fault diagnosis system of the intelligent control system of scraper conveyor in a coal mine 8633 working face in Datong, Shanxi Province are analyzed, and practical application and effect analysis are carried out. The results show that: intelligent scraper conveyor application can realize intelligent start, realize coal quantity monitoring and intelligent speed regulation, realize each motor power dynamic coordination and other efficacy, fault diagnosis system can effectively reduce equipment failure rate and improve maintenance efficiency, the application effect is ideal and the economic and social benefits are remarkable.
