摘要
通风系统可靠运行是实现煤矿安全生产的基础,将传感器通风监测、人工监测参数项集合,并通过通风安全预警系统对通风系统可靠性进行评价。并以山西某矿现场条件对通风系统进行综合评价,最终确定矿井通风系统整体合格,需要重点对回风大巷风阻过大问题进行处理。研究成果可为矿井通风系统自动化管理以及通风隐患排查等工作创造良好条件。
Reliable operation of the ventilation system is the basis for achieving safe production in coal mines. In the paper, the reliability of the ventilation system is evaluated by combining sensor ventilation monitoring, manual monitoring parameter items, and through the ventilation safety early warning system. A comprehensive evaluation of the ventilation system is also carried out with the site conditions of a mine in Shanxi, and it is finally determined that the mine ventilation system as a whole is qualified and needs to focus on the problem of excessive wind resistance in the return air tunnel. The results of the study can create good conditions for the automated management of mine ventilation systems and the identification of hidden ventilation problems.
