摘要
“无人化或少人化”是煤炭开采的发展方向,对实现采煤机的自动化具有非常重要的意义。基于此,对采煤机的记忆截割自动化控制技术进行研究,对煤岩识别技术进行分析.确定机器深度学习煤岩识别技术的优越性。在工作面煤层变化情况下,可以通过监控中心远程干预调整,实现自动截割控制技术。
To achieve the automation of coal mining machine, it is very important to realize "unmanned or less humanized" as the development direction of coal mining. For this reason, the automatic control technology of coal mining machine memory cutting is studied,and firstly, the coal rock recognition technology is analyzed, and the superiority of machine deep learning coal rock recognition technology is determined. In the case of coal seam change at the working face, it can be adjusted by remote intervention of the monitoring center to realize the automatic cutting control technology.
