矿用带式输送机安全管理技术措施应用

当前煤矿带式输送机在运行过程中,由于安全管理措施不到位,导致输送机频繁发生撕带、电机烧毁、输送机伤人等事故,不仅降低了带式输送机运输效率,而且威胁着采掘工作面安全生产。基于此,北辛窑煤矿通过技术研究,并根据实际生产情况对输送机跑偏、电机烧毁、断带等提出了若干项合理有效的安全管理措施。将其运用在2102巷带式输送机中,取得了显著应用成效。

For the current coal mine belt conveyor in the operation process, due to the safety management measures are not in place,resulting in frequent belt tearing, motor burn, conveyor injuries and other accidents, not only reduces the belt conveyor transport efficiency,but also threatens the safe production of the mining face;Through technical research, this paper analyzed the main problems in the operation of the belt conveyor due to the lack of safety management, and proposed several reasonable and effective safety management measures according to the actual production situation, such as conveyor runout, motor burnout and belt breakage;through practical application in the belt conveyor in 2102 lane, significant application results were achieved.
