Application of Centralized Belt Replacement for Underground Vulcanized Belt

现阶段井下带式输送机均采用硫化皮带,硫化皮带在运输原煤及维护过程中均会出现漏钢丝或者划痕损伤现象,或者钢丝绳芯硫化皮带使用寿命到期,需要及时热补或者更换。传统的局部更换皮带方法费时费力,影响.采掘,基于此,从经济性和实用性出发,提出一套集中更换硫化皮带的方案,实现短时间集中更换硫化皮带的目的。

At present, all underground belt conveyors use vulcanized tapes, which are subject to wire leakage or scratch damage during the transportation of raw coal and maintenance, or the service life of wire rope core vulcanized tapes expires, requiring timely hot patching or replacement. The traditional local replacement method is time consuming and affects mining. Based on the actual situation, this paper proposes a set of centralized replacement plan for vulcanized tape from the viewpoint of economy and practicality to realize the purpose of short time centralized replacement of vulcanized tape.
