摘要
基于四明山煤矿9106-1运输顺槽工作面回采过F0断层期间,受断层应力影响,巷道原顶板锚杆、锚索以及架棚支护效果差、支护成本费用高等技术难题,决定对断层区顶板支护进行优化,提出了注浆锚杆支护。该支护方式实现了注浆与锚固支护同步施工,简化了应力区围岩支护工序,缩短了支护时间。实际应用效果表明,采用注浆锚杆支护后F0断层区顶板下沉、片帮得到了有效控制,保证了巷道安全、快速掘进,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the technical problems that the original roof anchors, anchor ropes and scaffolding support are ineffective and the cost of support is high due to the influence of fault stresses during the back mining of the F0 fault in the 9106-1 transport chute working face of Simingshan coal mine, we decided to optimize the roof support in the fault zone and proposed the slurry anchor support, which can be realized by slurry injection and anchor support through construction. The practical application results show that the grouting anchor support simplifies the process of rock support in the stress zone and shortens the support time. The actual application effect shows that the sinking of the roof plate and flake gang in the F0 fault zone have been effectively controlled after the use of grouting anchor support, which ensures the safe and rapid tunneling of the roadway and achieves significant application results.
